Refund policy

At Sunshine Jewelries, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry at competitive prices. As a reseller and dropshipping business, our return and refund policies are guided by the policies of our suppliers. While we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience, it is important to understand the terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions: 

  1. The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (wrong product sent).
  2. A return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. 
  3. The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. 
  4. The item is not on the non-returnable items list (see below). 

Returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes are not accepted unless explicitly stated by the supplier. Please carefully check product descriptions and sizing details before placing an order.

How to Request a Return

If your item meets the return criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via [insert email or contact form link] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item showing any damage or defect.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and coordinate with our suppliers. If approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange based on the supplier’s policy.

Important Notes:

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you if your refund is approved or denied.
  • If your return request is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • In some cases, suppliers may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. If this applies to your order, we will inform you in advance.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and customization reasons. These include:

  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety purposes)
  • Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
  • Final sale or clearance items

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this time frame, we cannot guarantee any changes, as processing begins immediately.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellations are not possible. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos showing the issue. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, either by issuing a replacement or a refund.
